Common House Rules

Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy
  • Maximum occupancy: as per unit, for more details call our sales rep.
  • Additional guests must be approved in advance and may be subject to extra charges.
Security Deposit
  • A refundable security deposit is required at check-in to cover any damages or incidental charges.
  • The deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
Noise Policy
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Parties and loud music are not allowed.
Identification
  • All guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in.
  • International guests must present a valid passport and visa.
Housekeeping
  • Daily housekeeping services are provided (in few villas only)
  • Towels and linens are changed every 3 days or upon request.
Smoking
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Cooking and Kitchen Use
  • You may use the kitchen only for making tea, coffee, milk for kids, or Maggi. For other meals, you can order food from a nearby restaurant or ask the caretaker to assist you.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
  • Do not leave the stove or oven unattended while in use.


Fire Safety
  • Do not use candles or open flames inside the villa.
  • Fire extinguishers are available; familiarize yourself with their locations.
Pets
  • Pets are allowed in the some villa. Please cross check with our sales team.
Waste Management
  • Dispose of waste in designated bins.
  • Recycling bins are available for recyclable materials.
Pool Usage
  • Pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Proper swimwear is required.
  • The pool will not be available for use on the day of checkout.
Damages and Liability
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
  • Report any damages or issues to the management immediately.
  • Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Internet and Wi-Fi
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
  • Password will be provided at check-in.
  • Internet services tend to fluctuate due to weather conditions, and even the service operators are somewhat slow to respond in these areas.
Payment Policy
  • 50% at the time of booking
  • Balance 50% – before 20 days
Cancellation Policy

(Season)
 
– Cancellations made 10 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
 – Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge.
 (Off Season)
 – For any cancellations made within 20 days of the check-in date. the booking amount will be non-refundable.
 – No-shows will be charged the full amount.
